Shipping and Return Info

 SHIPPING

Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.

You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in either the China or the rest of Asia. Please expect 15 - 35 days to receive your order. 

RETURNS

Our return policy is 7 days from the date of received delivery.

Returns will be granted for items in unopened, unused, condition in the original packaging.  Returns will not be granted on used merchandise.   If your product is damaged or defective, we will issue an exchange of the same item within 30 days. 

We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for replacement.  Buyer pays shipping.  We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If a return is approved, you will be issued a refund minus shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.
